Kalgoorlie-Boulder to host regional arts forum

The City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder has won the right to host the next Regional Arts Australia National Conference in 2014.
The announcement was made yesterday in Goolwa, in South Australia, where this year’s conference is being held.
The event, held every two years, sees about 1,000 delegates from around Australia gather to discuss enhancing the arts in country areas.
Members of the Goldfields’ arts community say the conference will bring financial and cultural benefits to Kalgoorlie-Boulder.
